All orders will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or Canada Post. Please allow 4-6 business days to receive your order. If unforeseen circumstances occur, your items may take longer to arrive. Engraving Schedule: Please allow an additional 2-3 days for delivery of standard engraved items and an additional 4-5 days for delivery of monogrammed and hand-engraved items. Items on special order may take longer.
Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within Canada. To inquire about shipments to addresses outside of Canada, please contact us at +1-416-920-7237.
Items are accepted for return or exchange if returned in unused and saleable condition within 7 days and accompanied by a sales receipt. Kindly note that Rads does not accept exchanges or refunds on any items that have been customized in anyway. This includes custom-made pieces, items personalized with engraving, etching, embossing and other services.
A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. The refund to the purchaser will be in the form of the original tender. Gift recipients are entitled to a non-refundable merchandise credit. To return or exchange your gift selection via shipping, send us an email at email@example.com and we will begin the return process for you. You may also bring your item to our physical store to perform the return or exchange in-store.
Please note that upon the initiation of a return, each item will be inspected to ensure no fraudulent behaviour has taken place. Once the item is inspected and deemed to be in original condition, your refund will be processed. Item reviews take 3-5 business days.
